Fatboy SSE Feat. Blueface – Fly Away (Remix) Song
After releasing their first and only release of the year “Fly Away” in April, Fatboy returns with a remix of the single with Blueface. The song features the New Jersey-born artist talking about his “expensive linen” and “high fashion” lifestyle – the culmination of his meteoric rise after producing viral videos on Instagram and Youtube before. to finally turn to music.
“All this money treats me differently / The bad guys treat me like I’m Hendrix,” he raps to the beat with a contemplative flow in his slow rhythm on the guitar. “Cartier frames are my lenses / Black Beatle, John Lennon. Throughout the song, he details how his life was designed to live like a rockstar, with a heightened awareness that “big money” made him “cold” – a new kind of independence. “Every now and then I think I need you,” he continues. “Sometimes I feel like not.”
“The weight of the world on my shoulders / It’s getting harder and harder to look over my shoulder,” Blueface raps, developing that feeling. “This kind of problem could never be stable / I have to keep it on me.”
The video features the rappers’ immersive panoramas of the Los Angeles cityscape, shot from a downtown skyscraper at sunset.
