Destruction of Biodiversity results in weakening world's sustainable development gradually and will destroy species and ecosystems that are the most important resources for human health. There are some challenges on determining basic socio-economical factors and their impacts on diversity. Strategic methods using biodiversity components must develop in a way to increase crop production and society's' development in addition to stabilization of present biodiversity. Cartagena Protocol has precautionary principles on biodiversity and the probable threatening human health, also makes the importing countries consider the social-economical matters. There are some matters regarding threatens to culture or customs, and some matters regarding in biodiversity value decrease of native communities. Direct or indirect offload of material or energy in sea water, results in adverse impacts, harmful to aquatic live stocks. It also threatens human health. Sea catch has an important role in facing hunger problems. Destroying such resources threatens food security, and will result in low quality of the sea water which is in operation. Also will result in decrease of recreational places. Indeed, the first principle of biosafety is protection of marine and coastal ecosystems or aquatic ecosystems. Biosafety outlines ballast water management, control of marine shipment, labeling, control the use of genetically-modified organisms and their transportation via aquatic ways. However, the implementation of the protocol has some specific complexes and needs public awareness and participation on the issue of biosafety at all social levels.
