Human Rights or Individual Rights

Before we go any further in the direction of achieving and maintaining Human Rights for human beings, we need to understand what human is and what his rights are and at the same time it is also utmost important to be able to understand what ‘rights’ is and why ‘rights’ is rights and what this is for. I always have a question in my mind that always forces me to think of why it is only humans who seek human rights? why not the whole living beings living in great harmony on the mother earth despite being the equal partners in bringing the equillibrium of ecosystem for infinite Universal co-existence?

Man has all the facilities, he has all the access to every thing around him made available in abundance by miraculous advancement of science and technology, he still lacks peace and prosperity, love and compassion deep down.

The more educated, the more wealthy the man is, the more destructive, the more intolerant and the more helpless, restless and depressed he is today. Why? The whole animal- kingdom on earth has never had any school and university, any government and beaurocracy around them, still they have been living with a great harmony in tune with nature. They have never disturbed the beauty and peace of organic unity, for successful co-existence on earth. They have never fought any world wars. They have never split and divided themselves into small fragments like nations, social classes, casteism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism, the haves and haves-not and the East and West. This is why they are called animals, wild and uncivilized for they truly deserve it. We are human beings educated, cultured, civilized, trained and skilled with a fully developed and conscious mind. Perhaps, this is why all our so called human development and education is leading the global humanity towards the global destruction and global suicide.
Why all this nonsense? Why all this happens to humanity?

It happens so and perhaps will continue too to happen because basically the very concept of human rights is wrong. Not human rights. No, it’s not enough. It is, infact, the rights of the individual because only the rights of the individual is the rights of right living on earth. The rights of right living includes the rights for the being as the being regardless of human being or animal being or whatsoever.

The rights of the individual is the only way to holistic human development. The rights of the individual can best nurture and nourish the very potential of every human being deep within. It can help blossom the lotus of life in every heart. The very idea of Human rights works reaching the people in collective, in masses. It is always meant for masses because it patternize and catagorize Human Rights in accordance with the masses, the crowd and hence gives no room for uniqueness and individuality. When Human Rights strives for human development in collective destroying the very individuality, the very uniqueness and the very essence of the being, then a disaster happens in human life because then the truly intelligent, and conscious people full of love, awareness and compassion in their heart, find it quite unnatural and difficult to fit themselves into those certain steriotyped patterns of international human rights created and implemented by handful selected intelligential in the UN. So those who can’t fit themselves into this pattern of human rights, find no place for themselves in so called human rights enshrined in the UN charter.

The 12 point UN Human Rights has no room for freedom for the individual but for people in masses losing their potential individuality. The individual is not allowed to live freely in his utter individuality enjoying and blossoming his uniqueness. He is forced to live bearing certain false and artificial identity and political trademarks. He is not allowed to be what he is deep within. He is, in everyway, forced to be other than what he is whithin. He is constantly forced to be an Indian or an Itallian, a Jewish or a Jain or something like this. He is bound to choose to be something other than what he is deep down or wishes to be. What a shame? We declare that the nations are free, that we are no longer the slave, that we are independent but at the sametime, we can’t go from one parts of the world to the other parts on our mother earth. We say, this is our mother earth but the very mother earth is divided into many political boundaries. And the irony is that this division is not natural but artificial. And this political division and fragmentations have gradually poisoned the very possibility of the potential deep within every individual. We are not allowed to live and love our mother earth totally. We need somebody’s permission and visa. I don’t know what kind of Human Rights is this. Does this rights have any freedom for the free development of the potential in the individual? Certainly not. When the mother earth is split into many parts, not integrated and whole, how can the nations on the motherearth claim themselves to be free. There is not even an inch of land on this very earth where free people around the world can visit and live together as single global citizens without bearing any political identity, passport and visas.

Now is the high time to work together striving hard for single global citizenship, single global humanity and single global Governance.
Thank You
