A professional
in administration, marketing and training Ms Charmaine
Trehene, has been conducting workshops in the areas of the
personal growth and healing. She is involved with work of
fighting against genetically modified organisms. Her other
interests are in the area of alternative sustainable
economics, deep ecology, social justice, personal
development, astrology, art and healing. She is a member of
the Board of South Africa New Economic Net Work as an
alternative view on economics which would counter the
exclusive, self-interested agenda embodied in the G-7
Summits of the major Industrial Nations. The main focus of
this alternative system includes parallel currency system
called The Talent Exchange. |

BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE
We are living in an age that has
been prophesied about through all the religions of the
ancients. From the prophets of Old Testament, to
Revelations, the Hopi Indians, Mayans, Nostradamus and many
others all point to a time when the world will go through
tremendous upheaval. Some have predicted the end of the
world as we know it. We in the 21st century, are the ones
that are here to somehow steward these great changes. The
challenge is how do we do this?
In the texts of the ancient
Essenes, authors of the Dead Sea Scrolls, we are reminded
that our outer world is a projection of our inner condition,
a direct mirror of the feelings and beliefs within us. Even
modern science holds this view. If this is so, what is
required of us to change inwardly?
Recent discoveries of ancient
biblical texts reveal that a potent technology for inner
change does exist. The true nature of co-creative prayer,
called The Gift of the Blessing. Through this deceptively
simple technique, we become alchemists for the pain and
suffering we see in our worlds. We become the very vessel
through which the transmutation for darkness into light
takes place. We become the change we want to see in the
world. In the words of the famous poet Rumi “Beyond the
place of right-doing and wrong-doing, there is a field –
I’ll meet you there.” It is there, in that field of
transcendence from duality and judgement, into our highest
form of Creator beings, able to bless and be blessed, that
we meet and bring about a new world civilization. |
