Short Biography	Ms Noreen Zahid Mirza has a long experience in training/teaching communicational skills to a variety of professionals including doctors and teachers. So far she has trained 1500 teachers for language skills all over Pakistan and was conferred the National Educational Award for ‘Service to Education’ by the government of Pakistan. A Doctorate in Linguistics Ms Mirza is working as consultant/facilitator-training and development in college of physicians and surgeons, Pakistan. Her job involves training doctors in communicational skills to enable them to deal with patients in a proper way. She has also trained MBA students. She has been to many countries of the world to attend conferences on linguistics. She has contributed a number of articles published in national and international journals of repute.

He had to be a father figure, a teacher,a role model, an approachable counselor,a trusted advisor,a challenger,and an encourager to young Telemachus………. A Teacher Development Model …..
